• First ! You Create a Gmail Account.
• Second ! You Create a YouTube Account.

• Then You Select a Topic for Your YouTube Videos. Topic Like Tech, Health, Insurance & Funny Vines etc as well.
• If You Work on to Your own Videos r work on Copyright Videos Niche. (Then You are must be a good Video Editor as well. If You are Not then Kindly Please Learn it from YouTube or through other source)

Now the Main Point is  that when You create a Ad-sense Account and attach it with your YouTube Account then it would be probably 10 or 15 Videos.  It's a Main Reason that Your YouTube Channel is Suspended after some days and You blamed that google did not give you any Notification and Ban you YouTube Channel.

Now The Process is Simple for new User:

1. First ! You Create a Gmail Account.
2. Second ! You Create a YouTube Account.
3. Create an Ad-Sense Account after one Week of Your YouTube Channel then Link both them.

• For Example: If You Create your YouTube Channel 25-08-2017 then you should create an Ad-Sense Account after 1 week means 02-09-2017 and then Attach the ad-sense account with your channel.
• Now the main point, The Monetization Option which gives you revenue but firstly you disable the Monetize of Your Video and Simple Upload Your videos as well and get Subscriber and Viewers as well. When the no. of the user is reaching almost 2000+ per day then allow your Videos for Monetize and get your earning.
• If You do the last process then you get suspend after someday normally because you have a less Views and less subscriber but if 20 People watch your video and probably 5 people click on the Adds of your Video then the CTR of YouTube Channel is going to high which is not good and if it Happens constantly with a week then Your Channel is Suspended overall.
• Remember! I talk about YouTube CTR, not Ad-sense CTR Ad-sense CTR is also important which should not exceed more than 10% otherwise Your ad-sense account will be ban permanent. If Your YouTube CTR is High then just your Channel Close nothing be happen with your ad-sense account.
• So Firstly get the Subscriber and viewers and then open the Monetize option and enjoy with your earning and also Update your Channel with a brand new Video within a month.

Now Talk with those People who have 2000+ Views but also Banned:

1. Those users who have 2000+ Views on their  Channel in a day, then they must check that whether all the videos you uploaded going viral or just 5 or 6 videos. If Your answer that just some video going viral then you need to be worry because the videos which are not going viral also have viewers and adds on them so No. of views is less and no. of adds in which click is almost equal then your channel also suspended.
2. Now, what You to do! Simply Select that Videos which is going to Viral and the Select the Videos which have a high rank in your channel then change the monetize setting by un-tick the three option of Monetize and just select the default.
3. Now Remove the Monetize option from other Videos which does not Rank at all wait for those Videos which have not been viral.
