You get Views on Your YouTube Videos and also have Clicks on Your Ads  but You Found that the CPC of Your ads clicking is very Low that about to $0.01 - $0.03.  But You have a very good views almost thousand plus but your earning is very Low so Don't worry You can block the Low CPC ads. You can allow those ads which have Huge Cpc. In this way You see that You can more earn. You find the difference in a  day only.

You Just Follow these steps:

1- Open a Site keywordspy: www.keywordspy.com/

2- Then Open Your Adsense Dashboard account.

3- Go To Allow & Block Ads Section. 

Here You Can also Put URL of Low CPC ads and then Block that URL.

4- Now Go to Ads Network > Here You see all ads Keyword > Copy the Word and Put in "Keywordspy" and Check it's CPC. 

5- Mostly keyword have CPC 0.05 so You should Blocked that keyword which have CPC lower than 0.05.

6- The Keyword which have high CPC is Hostgator.com, Eplanters.com & Godady.com

7- The ads which shows the Electronics Product ads also have high CPC. So Don't Block that Ads.

If You are Just a You Tuber then You after Go to Blocked & Allow Ads Section. Then Click on the YouTube Section and put the URL of low CPC ads and Blocked them.

How To Make a YouTube Channel and Ad-Sense Acconut

First of all, I will tell you How You get Pay from YouTube. Basically, YouTube does not Pay you. The Process is that Google Introduce a Program which named as "Google Ad-Sense". You Upload a Video on YouTube and Google place an Add into Your Video, side or before Starting Your Video.
When any Person who watch the Add Your Impression will be Count, if he clicks on the Add and Buys something from Add Link then Your CPC mean Click per Count will be added into Your Earning.

So it's a Ad-Sense Program that Pay You. You Need a Gmail Account to apply for Ad-Sense.
First of all Create a Gmail Account, and give your actual information to Google Account.
Now Open YouTube : Sign In in YouTube with your Gmail Account.

Create a Channel  > Set a Specific name that Related with Your YouTube Videos
Now Verify your Channel

Go to Channel  > feature & Status > Verify 

Verify Your YouTube Channel with Your own Mobile Number.
Now apply for Monetization, Monetize is a Program that will allow You to Show add on Your Videos

Go To Channel > status & Feature > Enable Monetize

Next Process to apply for Ad-Sense

Go To Channel > status & Feature > Paid Content > set my Ad-Sense acconut > Next > Sign in with your Same Gmail ID > Your Channel > Your Billing Information

Now You Wait after Applying for Ad-Sense you will receive a approval Mail from Google.
Then You will be Able to get Pay of your Video.
